It also explains the types of information collected, the purposes for which it is used, the safeguards in place to protect it, and the choices available to you regarding your personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information about our users in three ways: 1) when you provide it directly; 2) automatically through technology when you visit our Websites, and 3) from other sources.

We use the information primarily to provide you with a personalized Internet experience that delivers the information, resources, and services that are most relevant and helpful to you.

Information You Provide Us Directly

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Fill out a contact or inquiry form
  • Contact us for more customer support
  • Subscribe to our newsletter
  • Accept an invitation to and/or attendance of a firm event
  • Submit a comment or response to a blog posting

The information may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment information, and other details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your requests, provide you with legal services if you are or become a client of the Firm, analyze our business operations and Site usage, and for the firm’s networking or other business purposes.

Information Collected Automatically

In order to access and use certain areas or features of our website, you consent to our collection and use of certain information about your use of eloralegal.com, through the use of tracking technologies or by other passive means. Your consent to our access and use of this "passively collected" information may include, but is not limited to, the internet protocol ("IP") address used, the length of time spent on our site and the pages you looked at on eloralegal.com, the type of device and/or internet browser you have, the frequency of your visits to our site, and other relevant statistics (collected "Traffic Data"). We collect information (including personal information and Traffic Data) when you use and interact with us, and in some cases from third party resources. Such means of collection may include:

  • When you access, use, or contact us through our website or from our personnel
  • when you voluntarily provide information to us

  • Through cookies, web beacons, analytics services, and other tracking technologies (collectively "Tracking Tools")

Behavioral Advertising

We do not track your online activity across other websites or engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

Opting Out of Cookies and Mobile Device Identifiers

We use cookies, web beacons, and other electronic tools to manage and track your interaction with the Sites and our email newsletters. A cookie is a piece of data that a website you visit can set on your browser or elsewhere on your device. These technologies collect information that helps us better serve you and enhance this Site, such as by tracking return visits, collecting Site usage information, and performing research, analysis, and Site analytics. Third parties whose products or services are accessible via links from the Sites may also use cookies or similar tools, and we advise you to check their privacy policies for information about their cookies and other privacy practices

If we process cookies based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any point in time by contacting us at privacy@eloralegal.com. Please note, if you exercise this right, you may have to provide your consent on a case-by-case basis to enable you to utilize some or all of the functions on our website.

You may be able to reject cookies and/or mobile device identifiers by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. Although you are not required to accept firm cookies or mobile device identifiers, if you choose to block or reject them, you may not have access to all features available within eloralegal.com.

Our Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies and other Tracking Tools by any third parties, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party. Please be aware that some third-party cookies could continue to track your activities online, even after you have left eloralegal.com.

Do Not Track and Universal Opt-Out Preference Signals

Online tracking is the collection of data about an individual's internet activity used to deliver targeted advertisements and for other purposes. Some web browsers (including Safari, Edge, Firefox, and Chrome) incorporate a "Do Not Track" or similar feature that signals to websites that a visitor does not want to have his/her online activity and behavior tracked. If an online service elects to respond to a particular DNT signal, the service may refrain from collecting certain personal information about the browser's user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option and there is currently no industry consensus as to what constitutes a DNT signal. For these reasons, we do not take action to respond to DNT signals. For information about DNT signals, visit: allaboutdnt.com
